Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Because many of our products ship directly from our fulfillment partners, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after your order ships. Exact times depend on your location, the product, and the carrier. These are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by holidays, weather, customs, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees and available shipping methods are shown at checkout before you pay. Any free-shipping offers are shown on our website and at checkout when the requirements are met.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information when available. Tracking can take a few days to update after your order ships.

Multiple Items

If you order more than one item, your products may ship separately and arrive on different dates.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Contact us right away if you need to correct an address.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, or tracking shows no movement for several days, contact us at Pawlynfur@support.com with your order number and we will look into it.
